Lifecycle of a Course
Courses have to start somewhere. Never be afraid to launch version one of your course – otherwise, it will never improve!
Evaluation is the process of assigning value to the rigor and usefulness of a curriculum or course. Many learning management systems (LMS) use learning analytics to gain this insight. Additionally, learner pre- and post-surveys may help evaluate coursework.
The assessment applies to an understanding of the student’s knowledge. This can be obtained by formal or informal assessments. Teachers can rubrics, objective grading, and discussions/feedback to understand what students know.
