Welcome to Week 7 of the #8weeksofsummer Blog Challenge 2021. Educators have likely experience more training in the past 15 months since March 2020 than ever. Teachers especially need to now examine all the tools used over that period and selectively identify what to move forward with – when you think about what you will keep moving forward – what professional development do you need to better use those tools?
The budgets will soon constrict and teachers need to be able to point to high-use, high-value tools discovered and perfected during this period in K-12 education. Professional development can help educators to deeper implementation if high quality and targetted. What professional development do you still need?
Share the idea of blogging with your colleagues as a way to process the full year of multiple communication styles and types. Take the ideas of the friends in this challenge and hopefully build a future teaching repertoire prepared for multiple communication styles and types!
The Prompt:
What specific professional development
do you need for next school year?
The Rules:

I like the inclusion of the word “specific”. I’d love to see hundreds of responses from my school alone. Ah well.
