Today I chaperoned a Kindergarten field trip to Interactive Neighborhood for Kids, again reinforcing that the older grades/ages were a better fit for me. Bravo on timing that field trip right before Teacher Appreciation Week – I am in, for whatever we want to do for these teachers!

I took the obligatory pictures of my kiddo through out the interactive museum. What would I do with them? I had a chance to find out when my son begged to be checked out after the field trip. Mentally calculating how many more years I would be so valued, I decide to take him back with me to my office.

ChatterPix Kids was an app I had come across the night before – I encouraged my son to find the best pictures of him facing the camera doing something at INK and tell me something about what he was doing. Enjoy:

This FREE app reminds me of Blabberize, but mobile. Perfect for PhotoStream between devices and the kiddo was making these like crazy most of the afternoon.
